From the moment I reached out to Tim, the experience we had was faultless, numerous emails were always met with courtesy and promptness, our design involved hand carving and Tim kept us up to date with progress of our Headstone, the end result of which far exceeded our hopes and expectations, the memorial is beautiful. Great experience! I needed to renovate a headstone but was having trouble making this happen from New York. Id tried a couple of other options but struggled to find someone who could make it easy.
