Pantmawr Cemetery in Whitchurch, Cardiff, was originally opened in July 1931 to meet the ever-growing demand for burial space in Cardiff. It is located in the Whitchurch area and is also referred to as Whitchurch Cemetery.

The cemetery was expanded in 2005 to continue to keep up with the demand, and now has an estimated 14 years of space left before the cemetery grounds are full. A refurbishment project took place in 2010 to repair old stonework around the grounds.

Amongst those buried in Pantmawr Cemetery are memorials for 16 casualties who lost their lives during the Second World War.
